EVSE - Charging Read

EVSE - Charging Read — Reads data from the EVSE board during the Charging state of the charge cycle.

Library

Simulink Real-Time - Speedgoat

Description

The EVSE Charging Read block reads data from the EVSE charging board during the Charging state of the charge cycle.

Ports

Outputs
EV Ready

Indicates if the EV is ready to charge generally.

  • 0: not ready

  • 1: ready

EV RESS SOC

Current state of charge (SoC) of the EV's rechargeable energy storage system (RESS).

EV Target Voltage

The target voltage requested by the EV in volts.

EV Target Current

The target current requested by the EV in amperes.

EV Max Voltage Limit

The maximum voltage limit of the EV in volts.

EV Max Current Limit

The maximum current limit of the EV in amperes.

EV Max Power Limit

The maximum power limit of the EV in watts.

EV Bulk Charging Complete

Indicates if the EV's bulk charge is complete.

EV Charging Complete

Indicates if the EV's full charge is complete.

EV Time to Bulk SOC

Indicates the estimated time (in seconds from now) until the bulk charge is complete.

EV Time to Full SOC

Indicates the estimated time (in seconds from now) until the full charge is complete.

Parameters

Station ID

Defines the Station ID of the corresponding Setup block. Must range between 0 and 65535.

Connection ID

Defines the Connection ID of the corresponding Setup block. Must range between 0 and 65535.

Sample Time

Defines the base sample time at which this driver block gets its sample hit. This parameter can also be set to -1 for inherited sample time. The units are in seconds.
